At Beloved Memorial Urns, we offer a 30-day return policy on non-customized cremation urns and standard products.
Returns (30 Days)
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item:
- Is unused and in original condition
- Includes original packaging
- Has proof of purchase

Shipping & Refunds
- Customers pay return shipping for non-defective items
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
Customized Products
Personalized or engraved cremation urns are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a free replacement or resolution.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and report issues promptly. Delayed claims may not be eligible.

For faster replacement of standard items:
